C\u2019est cette recherche qui l\u2019a men\u00e9e au fil du temps d\u2019un r\u00e9pertoire \u00e0 l\u2019autre dans une exploration permanente.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_3322528799358988728MsoPlainText\">Elle est n\u00e9e \u00e0 San Francisco, a grandi \u00e0 New York puis \u00e0 Paris o\u00f9 elle entre au Conservatoire National Sup\u00e9rieur. Elle choisit ensuite de passer le rideau de fer pour \u00e9tudier le violoncelle avec Natalia Chakhovskaya au Conservatoire Tcha\u00efkovski de Moscou. De retour en France \u00e0 25 ans, elle est laur\u00e9ate du Concours Rostropovitch.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_3322528799358988728MsoPlainText\">Depuis, Sonia Wieder-Atherton exp\u00e9rimente sans cesse seule ou avec de nombreux compositeurs contemporains dont elle devient l\u2019interpr\u00e8te privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e. Pour elle, jouer Bach, Beethoven, des chants juifs ou Nina Simone fait partie d&rsquo;un m\u00eame voyage.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_3322528799358988728MsoPlainText\">Creuser la corde jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que naisse la phrase ainsi que sa respiration juste.
