Constituant l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement le plus marquant de l’ann\u00e9e Franco-Russe 2016 – 2017 du tourisme culturel, l’exposition rend hommage \u00e0 l’un des plus grands m\u00e9c\u00e8nes du d\u00e9but du 20\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, Serge\u00ef Chtchoukine – collectionneur russe visionnaire de l’art moderne fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse participation du Mus\u00e9e d’Etat de l’Ermitage et du Mus\u00e9e d’Etat des Beaux-Arts Pouchkine, qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration du projet, l’exposition pr\u00e9sentera un significatif ensemble de cent soixante chefs-d\u2019\u0153uvre d\u2019art moderne. Parmi les artistes que Chtchoukine a collectionn\u00e9 le long de sa vie figurent les ma\u00eetres impressionnistes, postimpressionnistes et modernes, comme Monet, C\u00e9zanne, Gauguin, Rousseau, Derain, Matisse ou Picasso, mais aussi de Degas, Renoir, Toulouse-Lautrec ou Van Gogh.
